Leading Voices

Leading Voices – European Days for Vocal and Choral Leaders is an event for professionals in the choral sector. Leading Voices had its first edition 27-31 July 2022 in Utrecht, the Netherlands and offered a European Platform to meet your peers, learn from colleagues and get inspired by artistic concepts and choirs. It was a place to co-create, exchange opinions and network and where you could get to learn more about repertoire, conducting techniques, educational methods, choral management and much more.

Leading Voices offered workshops. lectures, experimental sessions (LAB), masterclasses, concert, lounges and much more for conductors, vocal leaders, managers, music educators, creators, composers or students in these fields.

After the event in Utrecht in 2022, the board of the European Choral Association will together with the members of the association evaluate this first edition and see how to develop this event further.
